Notice of Annual General Meeting

Saturday, September 11 2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To our members and supporters,

The Quebec Grandparents Association is pleased to invite you to participate in the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will be held on Saturday, September 11 at 2:00 p.m. via videoconference on the ZOOM platform or in person.

Depending on the possibilities offered by the health regulations in effect on September 11 and on the technical possibilities, the general meeting could be held both in person and virtually at the choice of the participants. You will be notified before August 27.

Come and meet the Association's team: Board members, volunteers, employees and representatives of the Association's corporate members. Learn about legislative changes that threaten the rights of grandparents and their grandchildren. Come and discuss with members of the Board of Directors.

If this is your first experience with ZOOM, feel free to connect in advance to make sure everything is working properly on your device. To test your connection, Mr. Lafrance will be available to assist you between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. We will open the virtual room at 1:30 p.m. to familiarize you with the platform and to share with each other.
