How to file a complaint?

Are you dissatisfied with a service received in a health or social services establishment (including youth centers and DYPs)? The Centre d'assistance et d'accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP) in your region can help you, free of charge. Its professionals will guide you through the process, and may even go as far as the office of the Québec Ombudsman in health matters and the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse.
