Answer the calls of the listening line

If you have empathy, a great sense of listening, an ability to synthesize and analyze, and are known for your diplomatic skills, we need you!

Our hotline allows grandparents in Quebec to learn about their rights and to be guided towards the relevant resources to obtain advice and comfort.

Calls can be taken from your home and training in active listening is offered.

Preparation and facilitation of coffee meetings

Your tasks will consist of preparing and facilitating meetings (researching themes, transmitting information to participants, writing minutes of the meeting (in collaboration with our administrative assistant)). If you have experience in group management and have good listening skills, this is for you! On average, there are 10 meetings per year.
